Bailey Tallman serves as High School Director of Choirs at Hartland Consolidated Schools. There, she teaches choir, guitar, and adaptive music. Building community and empowering musical exploration and independence is the foundation of her teaching.

Bailey received a bachelor's degree in Music Education in 2018 from Michigan State University. She returned to her alma mater to earn a master's degree in Choral Conducting, which was awarded in 2025. 

She is an active member of the Michigan School Vocal Music Association. She has an enthusiasm for vocal health and technique. More than anything else, Bailey loves making music with her students and helping them discover and develop a passion for the arts.
