About the event
Join Beyond Choir for our 2026 Summer Sing featuring Mozart’s complete Requiem, one of the most beloved and powerful works in the choral repertoire.
This community-centered event invites singers from across the region to come together for an afternoon of music making, collaboration, and exploration. Whether you are a seasoned choral musician or simply love to sing, all are welcome to participate.
Singer registration is $5 and helps support music preparation and event operations. Loaner copies of the score will be available at check-in while supplies last, though singers are encouraged to bring their own score if possible.
The event will take place in the historic Pease Auditorium on the campus of Eastern Michigan University. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, with downbeat promptly at 3:30 PM.
Business casual attire is suggested for participating singers, as the afternoon will conclude with a public performance of Mozart’s complete Requiem for friends, family,…
